TVKC Sil Sanders Urban Tracking Workshop
September 1 - September 2
When: Afternoon of Sunday, Sept 1 after the TDU and all day Monday Sept 2, 2024
Where: Meet at State of AK Fish & Game Office, 1300 College Road in Fairbanks
What: One hour of indoor introduction of concepts and techniques followed by working on
appropriate tracking exercises. Each working dog should get to work in front of Sil at least twice
during each seminar. Each seminar participant will receive a Sil Sanders seminar booklet.
Sunday Sept 1, after TDU trial, for dogs certified to enter the TD, TDU or who have a TD.
Working Spot $150. Max of eight working dogs. Audit ONLY Sunday $75.
Monday Sept 2, 9 am to 4 pm. For dogs with a TDU, TD or TDX title.
VST working spot $275. Max of eight working dogs. Audit ONLY Monday $100.
Handlers of dogs in these working spots should have audited the Sunday TDU seminar (free).
Audit ONLY Sunday afternoon AND Monday $150. Unlimited audit spots available. Working spots include auditing– no additional fee.
Please sign up only one dog per handler.
For insurance purposes, each participants must be a Tanana Valley Kennel Club member.
