Tracking Seminar Payment

Once you get confirmation of enrollment from the Coordinator, fill out the form below.  When you hit submit, the form will take you to the PayPal payment screen.  Use your PayPal account or scroll to the bottom to pay by credit card.  When you hit submit, you will get an email from PayPal showing your payment is received.
