Tanana Valley Kennel Club Membership
Membership in the Tanana Valley Kennel Club is on a yearly basis beginning September 1 and ending August 31. General meetings are held on the first Wednesday of March, May, September and November, at locations to be determined.
Types of Memberships
All Tanana Valley Kennel Club memberships run on a fixed yearly schedule, with the membership year starting September 1 and ending August 31.
When you join or renew, you are purchasing membership for the current membership year, which ends on August 31, 2026.
As a member, you’ll enjoy:
- Eligibility to vote at club meetings
- Eligibility to hold office or serve on committees
- Priority registration and/or discounts for select TVKC events such as seminars.
- Eligibility to join Training Groups, such as Agility Training at Camp Li-Wa
- Access to members-only run-thrus and fun matches
Household Membership
$35/year
- For families living in the same household
- Includes all dogs in household
Junior
Membership
$15/year
- For junior handlers under 18 years old
- Includes all dogs handled by the junior

TVKC Event Waiver
TVKC requires an event waiver be on file to participate in various TVKC dog sports events. You can fill out the online waiver form or you can download the forms and email your completed form to tvkcmembership@gmail.com.
Your waiver does not expire, if you are unsure if TVKC has one on file for you, please check the Waiver/Rabies Certification List on the Members Only page.
Rabies Certification
TVKC requires proof of current rabies vaccination for dogs participating in certain TVKC events, such as seminars and run-thrus. Use the form below to upload your current certificate or email it directly to tvkcmembership@gmail.com.
