Sniff & Go Registration

Use the form below to pre-register for the Scent Work Sniff & Go.  You must be a current member of TVKC, and have a current rabies certificate and participation waiver on file with the club prior to the run through start time.  If you need to become a member, you can do that online!  The Waiver Form is available online at the TVKC homepage.

If you are a new member, or need to get forms to Kimberlee prior to the match, you can scan your completed form & copy of rabies certificate to Kimberlee at tvkcscentwork@gmail.com
