Rally Trial Entry Payment

Do not complete this form until you have been notified by the Trial Superintendent that your entry is accepted and have been notified of your fee amount.

The Trial Superintendent will be notified that your fees have been paid. Note that the correct fee amount must be paid prior to the entry deadline and the Trial Superintendent may not be able to send you a confirmation far in advance of the deadline.
