Rally Run Through Registration

Use the form below to pre-register for the Rally Run Through.  You must be a current member of TVKC, and have a current rabies certificate and participation waiver on file with the club prior to the run through start time.  If you need to become a member, you can do that online!  The Waiver Form is available online at the bottom of the TVKC homepage.

If you are a new member, or need to get forms to Candy prior to the match, you can scan your completed form & copy of rabies certificate to Candy at 724almond@gmail.com
