Li-Wa Agility Training Group Fee

This form is for group leaders only to submit their group fees for training at Li-Wa.  If you are submitting the fee as a group leader, you are also required to fill out the deposit form & submit a copy (with the training contracts) to the Training Group Coordinator & TVKC treasurer (TVKCFinance@gmail.com).
