Agility Seminar Registration Fee

Don’t try to sign up until you have received an email from the coordinator!!

Once you receive an email from the coordinator that you have a spot, and need to pay, fill out the form below, then hit Submit.  You will be taken to the PayPal screen, fill that out and submit.  You will receive an email that your payment was received.  The Seminar coordinator and Club Treasurer will also be notified that you have paid.
