1. Fill out the form below and upload your rally entry form. You can upload entry forms for multiple dogs.
2. WAIT for an email confirmation from the Rally Superintendent – these trials fill quickly and we don’t want to have to reverse your payment if the trial is full.  You will receive an email within 24 hours of your entry being received.
3. When notified, complete the trial payment form that can be found on the Rally Home Page.

Incomplete forms and submissions received before the trial opening or after the trial closing dates can not be accepted. Please see Trial Premuim for dates. This form is for TVKC Rally entries only.
