(for Sport Chairs/Secretaries)

To help maintain an accurate event calendar and ensure timely communication with members and competitors, all sport-related event details must be submitted to the Electronic Communications Chair using the Event Submission Form.

This applies to:

  • Trials

  • Seminars

  • Run-Thrus

  • Sniff & Go’s

for the upcoming year (2026).

✍️ Submission Guidelines

  • One form per sport (e.g., Agility, Obedience, Scent Work). This keeps the calendar organized and avoids confusion.

  • Who should submit: Sport Chairs, Trial Secretaries, or any member coordinating an official event.

  • Multi-presenter seminars (e.g., Palooza-style weekends) may be submitted as a single event if the dates, location, and entry open/close dates are the same. Please list all presenters within the form.

  • If a field does not apply to your event, simply leave it blank.

πŸ—“οΈ Submission Deadlines

  • Initial Deadline – November 15

    Submit all planned events for the upcoming year. Placeholder details are fine if full information isn’t finalized yet.

  • Finalized Premium Deadline – 2 weeks before the trial opens

    Finalized premiums must be submitted by this date to ensure timely posting on the calendar, website, and social media.

  1. Download the Event Submission Form (PDF).Β 

  2. Fill out the form with your event information.

  3. Submit by either:

      • Emailing the completed form to: tvkceleccomm@gmail.com

or

      • Uploading it directly on this page using the upload field.

Late submissions will be added as time allows, but on-time submissions are prioritized. If any event details change after submission, please notify the Electronic Communications Chair as soon as possible to minimize disruptions.
